Prof Eliezer Graterol
Eliezer A. Graterol is a seasoned church pastor and world evangelist. A native of Venezuela, he joined the faculty of the School of Religion in 2018 as associate professor of World Religions and Missions. He is also an adjunct professor at the Inter-American Adventist Theological Seminary in Puerto Rico, where he teaches during the summer.
For 15 years, Pastor Graterol served a multicultural district in the Hawai'i Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He also has been actively engaged for the last 15 years with the ShareHim ministry, preaching and coordinating evangelistic crusades in more than 20 countries around the world.
Professor Graterol has traveled extensively, speaking on university campuses and at church meetings across North America, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Central Pacific. He has written for magazines such as El Centinela, Prioridades, and the Pacific Union Recorder, and his 2019 book published by Pacific Press is titled La Fe que Vence al Mundo.
In his spare time, Professor Graterol enjoys soccer and reading. His wife, Nelly, is currently a homeschool teacher to their two children, Layla and Eliezer Jr.
